Our last two matches were abandoned and postponed due to thunder and lightning and a waterlogged pitch, so it was a relief to get sunny conditions with a light breeze for this game against St Edmunds College.

We were surprised to be playing on an 11 a side pitch, which was especially challenging for me in goal.

The team were really composed on the ball all around the pitch and off the ball we pressed very well on our opponents.

This showed in the result with James scoring a screamer from outside the box and Frankie getting a well-deserved hattrick! Lucas got a tonne of assists (I lost count). Overall, a great team performance.

Going forward I think we could improve further with our passing and our defensive positioning.
